Thermo Scientific™ HAAKE™ PolyLab™ Torque Rheometer Systems are advanced modular measuring, mixing, and extrusion platforms designed for material development, process development, and quality control. HAAKE™ PolyLab™ OS System
The HAAKE PolyLab OS system is focused on research and development needs, providing process-relevant material data such as melting behavior, influence of additives, temperature stability, shear stability, and melt viscosity. It supports process modeling activities and is capable of simulating master processes with as little as 50g of material. The HAAKE PolyLab OS system's drive unit includes all elements required to drive the measuring mixer and extruder system, and monitor torque, ensuring precise control and accurate data.

HAAKE™ PolyLab™ QC System
The HAAKE PolyLab QC is a modular torque rheometer tailored for quality control applications. It can be connected to interchangeable mixers, single-screw extruders, or conical twin-screw extruders, offering a versatile solution that combines proven technology with modern hardware and software. The system is designed for ease of use with an intuitive interface and features backward compatibility, allowing the connection of existing measuring mixers and extruders. The HAAKE PolyLab QC system is equipped with the HAAKE PolySoft software, which provides a plug-and-play experience and sets alarm values to minimize errors.
