Precise Mixing & Rheological Analysis:
HAAKE PolyLab QC mixers perform mixing, kneading, compounding, and plasticizing, providing a comprehensive understanding of your materials. A standard test measures the material's torque response over time at a set shear rate, while the mixing chamber maintains precise temperature control. The resulting "Rheogram" (torque and melt temperature vs. time) creates a unique "fingerprint" for each material or blend. This data, coupled with analysis of melting behavior, energy consumption, and melt viscosity (torque), allows for objective measurement and quantification of additive effects.
