CAPILLARY RHEOMETER


Capillary Rheometer is an instrument used in the polymer industry for dynamic viscosity measurement, in quality control (QC), or research and development (R&D) laboratories. The GÖTTFERT RHEOGRAPH series Capillary Rheometers are capable of measuring viscosity in an extremely wide range of shear rates. There are also a comprehensive range of different add-ons available to enhance the analysis capability of the instrument for advanced polymer characterization and properties analysis, such as elongation viscosity, thermal conductivity, die swell measurements, counter pressure chamber, PVT-measurement (isobar/isotherm), and shark-skin measurements

The highly modular GÖTTFERT RHEOGRAPH series High Pressure Capillary Rheometers are designed according to ISO 11443. The flow behaviour and viscosity of thermoplastics as well as rubbers can be determined by utilizing this R&D grade of equipment.
