PHYSICAL & RHEOLOGY ANALYSIS

OCS Full Notch Creep Test (FNCT) is an instrument used for determination of slow crack growth under accelerated conditions, ESCR (Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance). The different test conditions and parameters are according to ISO 16770 standard for classification of materials.

The OCS Melt Flow Measurement System (OP5) is used for determination of the Melt Index (MI) of polymer powder or pellet samples. The system has fast sampling time, typically 5 to 10 min from sampling to measurement, and this would reduce the delay time between the lab quality control and production.

The OCS Filter Pressure Test (FPT) is used for determination of the filter pressure value (FPV), which is the increase of pressure over time in front of the screen filter, and this value indicates the melt purity or dispersibility of added colour pigments.

Filter Pressure Test (FPT)

The OCS Filter Pressure Test (FPT) determines the Filter Pressure Value (FPV), i.e. the pressure rise measured over time upstream of the screen filter as an indication of the melt purity or dispersibility of added colour pigments.
