PASTE MIXER

The paste mixer is a type of planetary centrifugal mixer that is useful to mix and disperse high viscous materials (100,000 - 1,000,000 mPas). The core principle of a paste mixer is determined by the performance of perfect mixing and dispersing with the vector sum produced by revolution and rotation movement.

These movements repeats continuously inside the sample to achieve mixing and dispersing for high viscous materials. The centrifugal forces also helps to eliminates defoaming which must be prevented against the oxidation, diffusion and denaturation of samples. Applications for the mixers include various industries and R&D labs, semiconductors, paints, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics etc.
