The INNOVATEST NEMESIS 5100G2 is the second generation of the NEMESIS 5100
hardness tester, and it offers exceptional performance for the most demanding user
tasks. It can be used to measure the hardness of materials using a variety of scales,
including Rockwell, Superficial Rockwell, Vickers, Micro Vickers, Knoop, and Brinell.
The NEMESIS 5100G2 features a revolutionary force application range that can accommodate
a wide range of materials, from soft plastics to hard metals. It also has a renewed optical
system that provides clearer and more accurate measurements.
The new 9-position tool changer (turret) makes it easy to switch between different indenters,
objectives, and other accessories. This allows users to quickly and easily adapt the NEMESIS
5100G2 to the specific needs of their application.
The NEMESIS 5100G2 also features a 18-megapixel full color measurement camera and 18-megapixel
full color overview camera, both with variable field of view, motorized zoom, and auto focus.
