Pellet Analysing System (PA66)

The OCS Pellet Analysing System (PA66) is a modular system that can be used to analyze the quality of plastic pellets. The system consists of three main components:
  • The Pellet Scanner (PS25C) detects impurities that show a color deviation from the product.
  • The Pellet Size and Shape Distribution Measurement System (PSSD) classifies pellets (oversize and undersize, abrasion, agglomerates, etc.) according to their morphological properties.
  • The Colour Measurement System (CM3) measures relevant color values (Yellowness Index [YI], Whiteness Index [WI], CIE Lab*, etc.) based on the recorded color spectrum. (Optional).

The PA66 system can be used in a variety of settings, including laboratories, production lines, and quality control departments. The system is easy to use and can be customized to meet the specific needs of each user.

The PA66 system is a valuable tool for ensuring the quality of plastic pellets. The system can help to identify impurities, defects, and variations in size and shape. This information can be used to improve the quality of the final product and to reduce the risk of product recalls.
