Evolved Gas Analysis

EGA-QMS

Mass spectrometry is an analytical method used to measure the mass of atoms or molecules of a gas. The spectra are then used in applications such as to determine the elemental or isotopic signature of a sample and to elucidate the chemical structures of molecules.

The QMS - quadrupole mass spectrometer coupling device from LINSEIS is the latest mass spectrometer with a heating inlet system. They are specially designed to ensure a user-friendly operation of both thermal analyzer and mass spectrometer.
