Ants Scientific AF510 3D Sample Mixer

Large-Capacity 3D Sample Mixer for High-Uniformity Laboratory Mixing

The Ants Scientific AF510 3D Sample Mixer is a large-capacity laboratory sample mixer designed for high-uniformity mixing of larger quantities of dry particles, powders and wet samples.

Its three-dimensional compound movement combines circular, radial and axial movement to provide enhanced mixing capability in multiple directions. Samples are mixed inside a completely enclosed container, supporting dry-dry, dry-wet and wet-wet mixing while helping to minimize dust pollution.

With mixing-container capacities from 250 mL to 10 L, the AF510 provides substantially greater sample volume than the AF500 and is suited to laboratories requiring larger-scale sample homogenization.

  • Compact maintenance-oriented design

Key Applications

  • Environmental Samples – soil and environmental materials
  • Food – food and particulate materials
  • Pharmaceutical & Medicine – medicinal and pharmaceutical samples
  • Chemical Materials – powders and chemical materials
  • Electronics – electronic-related materials
  • Industrial Materials – larger-volume material mixing
  • Coke & Carbon Materials – coke and related samples

Working Principle

The AF510 uses a three-dimensional compound movement in which the sample undergoes circular, radial and axial movement. The changing movement direction promotes thorough mixing throughout the enclosed container and minimizes dead zones.

The system uses rotation, movement and inversion to mix the sample, allowing dry and wet materials to be processed in a closed environment.
