The Ants Scientific AF200S Sample Automatic Divider is an automatic rotating sample divider designed to obtain representative, reproducible portions from bulk solid samples. It is suitable for pourable materials with particle sizes up to 12 mm and can divide both fine and coarse materials with high reproducibility.
The integrated feeding and dividing process operates automatically, helping to reduce interruptions and material loss. With selectable 6-, 8- or 10-port split crowns, the AF200S can produce multiple equivalent sample fractions for laboratory analysis, quality control and sample preparation.

Working Principle
The sample is fed through a vibratory feeder into the rotating split crown. The feeder provides controlled sample delivery while the split crown rotates at an adjustable speed.
The sample is distributed into the selected number of collection vessels. With a 10-port split crown operating at 120 rpm, the manufacturer states that up to 1,200 sample portions per minute can be produced, supporting rapid and reproducible sample division.
