Ball Mill Series

The AM100S is a versatile laboratory vibratory ball mill engineered for rapid, high-frequency grinding of small sample volumes. It effectively performs dry, wet, and cryo-grinding, as well as biological cell disruption, making it an essential tool for submicron powder preparation.
The AM410 is a single-station high-energy planetary ball mill designed for fast size reduction down to the nanometer scale. Utilizing powerful centrifugal forces and mechanical friction on a single grinding jar, it is ideal for targeted applications like mechanical alloying and colloidal grinding.
Equipped with two grinding stations, the AM420 doubles processing throughput for medium-sized laboratory batch needs. It delivers high energy input across both stations simultaneously to ensure efficient, reproducible, and ultra-fine sample pulverization.
Designed for maximum versatility, the AM400S accommodates up to four grinding stations—and supports stacked jar setups—for high-capacity sample processing. Its multi-station configuration generates extreme impact energy, making it optimal for high-throughput advanced material synthesis and research.
