The Ants Scientific AM800CC Disc Mill is a compact laboratory disc mill designed for the pulverization of hard, medium-hard and brittle solid samples. It supports both pre-milling and fine grinding in batch or continuous operation.
Designed as an upgraded and more compact alternative to traditional disc mills, the AM800CC combines a countertop design, precise digital grinding-gap adjustment, automatic cleaning and cooling functions to simplify routine laboratory sample preparation. The continuously adjustable disc gap provides controlled particle-size reduction and reproducible grinding results.

Working Principle
Sample material enters the dust-proof grinding chamber and is guided between two vertical grinding discs. One disc rotates while the other remains fixed. The discs capture the sample and apply crushing and friction forces.
The sample is progressively reduced as it moves toward the outer part of the grinding discs. Finished particles pass through the adjustable gap between the discs into the collection container.
