AM100S Vibratory Ball Mill
The Ants Scientific AM100S Vibratory Ball Mill is a compact, high-frequency laboratory ball mill designed for rapid and efficient grinding and homogenization of small quantities of samples. Its horizontal vibratory grinding principle produces intensive impact and friction between the grinding balls and sample, enabling efficient sample preparation for a wide range of laboratory applications.
The AM100S supports dry grinding, wet grinding and cryogenic/frozen grinding, making it suitable for hard, medium-hard, soft, brittle, elastic and fibrous samples. Under suitable grinding conditions, samples can be reduced to approximately 5 µm, depending on sample properties and grinding conditions.
With two grinding stations operating simultaneously, interchangeable grinding jars and multi-well adapters, the AM100S can be configured for conventional pulverization as well as higher-throughput biological sample preparation. Its sealed grinding configuration helps minimize cross-contamination, while digital parameter control and programmable operation improve repeatability.
