3D Vibratory Sieve Shaker for Dry and Wet Particle Size Classification

The Ants Scientific AF100S 3D Vibratory Sieve Shaker is a laboratory screening and particle size classification system designed for powders, bulk materials and suspended solids. Its three-dimensional throwing motion combines horizontal and vertical vibration to distribute samples uniformly across the sieve surface, supporting efficient and reproducible particle size separation.

The AF100S can accommodate analytical sieves from 100 to 300 mm diameter, handle sample quantities of up to 6 kg, and perform both dry and wet sieving. Up to nine sieve fractions can be processed simultaneously, making the instrument suitable for particle size analysis and laboratory sample preparation across a wide range of materials.

The AF100S is particularly suitable when multiple particle-size fractions need to be separated efficiently from a single sample.

Working Principle

The AF100S uses electromagnetic drive technology to generate a three-dimensional throwing motion. Samples are distributed across the sieve surface while the sieve stack separates particles according to aperture size.

Particles smaller than the sieve opening pass progressively through the sieve stack, while each sieve retains the corresponding particle-size fraction. The finest fraction is collected in the bottom pan.
