AM400S Planetary Ball Mill
High-Energy Planetary Ball Mill for Fine Grinding and Advanced Materials Research
The Ants Scientific AM400S Planetary Ball Mill is a high-energy laboratory ball mill designed for fine grinding, mixing and homogenization of soft, medium-hard, hard, brittle, fibrous and tough materials.
With 2 or 4 grinding stations, the AM400S provides high sample throughput while maintaining the intensive impact and friction required for fine and ultrafine grinding. It supports both dry and wet grinding, making it suitable for routine laboratory sample preparation as well as advanced materials research.
The planetary grinding mechanism generates high mechanical energy by rotating the grinding jars around their own axis while simultaneously orbiting the sun wheel. The AM400S is suitable for applications including fine grinding, colloidal grinding, nanomaterial preparation, mechanical alloying and mechanochemical research.
