- High-Speed & High-Precision Coating: The moduloR2R is capable of industrial production speeds of up to 20 m/min while maintaining micron-level precision. This ensures uniform and reproducible dry film thicknesses from nanometers to microns.
- Automated and Smart Control: The coater is built on an Industry 4.0-ready PLC platform with an intuitive HMI touch panel interface. Its advanced software provides comprehensive control of all coating parameters and automatically logs all process data for easy analysis and seamless remote support.
- Broad Substrate and Material Compatibility: It is designed to handle a wide range of substrates, including plastics, paper, metal foils, and flexible glass. The system can also be equipped to integrate multiple coating and printing methods, such as slot-die, flexographic, inkjet, or rotary screen printing.
- Flexible Drying and Curing Options: The modular oven system offers a range of drying and curing options, including hot air, IR, UV, and a combination of both. You can also get vertical or horizontal double-pass ovens to save space while maximizing drying length.
- Robust Web Handling: The system provides full web, tension via a servo-controlled system, with bi-directional wind and unwind capabilities. This ensures perfect substrate tracking and prevents wrinkling, even at high speeds.
- Built for Lab and Industrial Environments: With its modular design and all-around web access, the moduloR2R is easy to maintain and monitor. It can also be delivered with ATEX compatibility for hazardous environments, if required.
