  • Bearingless Flexure Design: Features a voice coil-based flexural suspension design completely free of mechanical bearings. This eliminates internal friction and wear within the drive mechanism, ensuring ultra-high reliability and data purity.
  • Closed-Loop Downforce Control: Uses real-time measurement and electronic force control rather than dead weights. Users can program constant, linear, or step force profiles dynamically during a single test run.
  • Ultra-Precise Stroke Control: Delivers the industry’s smallest controllable stroke range from 10 µm to 2.8 mm at frequencies up to 200 Hz. Real-time stroke and frequency monitoring and correction are continuously managed via an integrated LVDT.
  • In-Line Friction Monitoring: Equipped with a high-frequency Piezo friction sensor to monitor changing surface dynamics in real time.
  • Comprehensive Environmental Simulation: Features an environmental enclosure supporting closed-loop control over humidity, temperature, and inert gas integration to simulate real-world operating conditions.
