Rheograph 20
The Rheograph 20 capillary rheometer is an entry level model for measuring viscosity. It also comes with add-ons with additional modules to provide extra value to determine further characteristics of different materials. The RG20 is working with a force of 20kN and apart from viscosity, it can also determine the following with the GÖTTFERT platform for extended materials:

- 20 kN test force and a dynamic speed range from 0.0001 mm/s (0.006 mm/min) – 30 mm/s (2400mm/min)
- Single or twin barrel system in 9.55, 12, 15 or 20 mm design
- Temperature control range up to 400°C (500°C optional), display resolution 0.01°C
- High temperature stability and extremely low deviation over the whole test barrel length as well as in the die area (norm and standard overmatching)
- Automatic pressure transducer detection and identifying (“Plug / Test”)
- Adaptive signal resolution of only 0.005% from the pressure transducer range
