Working Principle

Sample material enters the crushing chamber via an anti-splash funnel. Crushing action takes place between a fixed static jaw plate and a movable jaw plate driven by an eccentric wheel shaft. The powerful reciprocating motion crushes the sample under high pressure until it reaches a particle size smaller than the lower gap opening, falling cleanly by gravity into the collection vessel.
