Ants Scientific AM600S Knife Mill
The Ants Scientific AM600S Knife Mill is a versatile laboratory sample preparation system developed particularly for food, agriculture, biological and high-moisture samples. Unlike conventional dry grinding mills, the AM600S can process dry, elastic, fibrous, soft and medium-hard materials as well as samples containing high levels of water, oil and fat.
The high-speed knife system provides rapid cutting and homogenization, while different blade and grinding accessories allow the instrument to be adapted to challenging samples such as seeds, animal feed, fish, meat, grains, frozen products, oilseeds and vegetables. With a maximum sample capacity of approximately 700 mL, the AM600S is well suited to laboratory food analysis and sample homogenization workflows.
