Ants Scientific AM500S High-Speed Rotary Mill
The Ants Scientific AM500S High-Speed Rotary Mill is designed for rapid and efficient laboratory sample preparation where a high degree of size reduction is required. Its high-speed rotor rapidly pulverizes soft, medium-hard, brittle, elastic and fibrous materials, with typical final particle sizes of approximately 40 µm, depending on the sample and grinding configuration.
The AM500S is designed around a fast “feed-in, grind and discharge” workflow, helping to minimize grinding time and improve sample preparation efficiency. Interchangeable rotors and sieve rings provide flexibility for different materials and particle-size requirements, while the digital control system allows grinding parameters to be adjusted and reproduced. Optional automatic feeding and cyclone separation make the AM500S suitable for larger sample volumes.
