Ants Scientific AM300S Cutting Mill
The Ants Scientific AM300S Cutting Mill is a high-performance laboratory cutting mill designed for the rapid size reduction of soft, medium-hard, tough, elastic and fibrous materials. Driven by a powerful three-phase motor with high torque and continuously adjustable speed from 100 to 3000 rpm, the AM300S provides flexible and efficient sample preparation for laboratories, quality control and pilot-scale applications.
Its interchangeable cutting rotors and bottom sieves allow the grinding process to be adapted to different sample characteristics and required particle sizes. With a processing capacity of up to 80 L/h, the AM300S is particularly suitable for demanding applications involving plastics, polymers, rubber, agricultural materials, biomass, solid waste, food and other fibrous or tough samples. The optional cyclone separator can improve sample discharge when processing lightweight or fibrous materials.
