External Film Surface Analyser (FSA100EXT)
The OCS FSA100EXT External Film Surface Analyser is an optoelectronic inspection system that can be used to detect defects in polymer films. It is designed to be used in conjunction with OCS external (laboratory) extrusion lines, and its customized frame allows it to be easily integrated into existing lines.
The FSA100EXT uses state-of-the-art V2 camera technology to detect defects in transparent, opaque, and colored polymer films. The camera consists of a high-resolution dual-line CMOS sensor and a user-specific high-performance LED. The FSA100 software analyzes the measurement results according to customer-specific specifications and classifies the defects, providing information about the film quality.
