- Precision Syringe Pump Sampling: Utilizes a high-accuracy syringe pump to ensure sampling errors are kept below ±1%.
- Intelligent Fluid Management: Features a pipeline automatic cleaning and automatic emptying function to prevent cross-contamination between time points.
- Dual-Stage Filtration: Supports secondary on-line filtration, allowing the volume of primary filtrate to be customized within the dissolution method.
- High-Capacity Collection: Equipped with a sample collection rack providing at least 120 positions for extended testing runs.
- Direct Injection Capability: Supports automatic sampling and direct injection into liquid phase vials, with options for pre-opened vials.
- Automated Needle Positioning: The system automatically lowers sampling needles and pre-filter heads to the exact pharmacopoeia position at every specified time point
