Elastomer and rubber testing instruments are widely used in the quality control, research and development. These testing equipment cover a broad range of applications including the evaluation of compounds and material properties under controlled temperature. These testing results obtained can be useful to predict the mechanical strength and performance in the final product applications, and thus products with better quality can be designed and built.

Elastomer Testing Products
The MDR ELASTOGRAPH is a Moving Die Rheometer which is used to determine the viscoelastic material behaviour of rubber compounds in plastified state during vulcanisation and after vulcanisation of the material sample according highest ISO and ASTM standards.
The MDR ELASTOGRAPH-S is a Moving Die Rheometer with variable deformation amplitude which is used to determine the viscoelastic material behaviour of rubber compounds in plastified state during vulcanisation and after vulcanisation of the material sample according to highest ISO and ASTM standards.
The RPA VISCO-ELASTOGRAPH from GÖTTFERT is a Rubber Process Analyzer, which is used for dynamic testing of visco-elastic properties of rubber compounds, natural or synthetic rubber according to current ISO, ASTM and DIN standards.
The “MV” is a shearing disc viscometer used to determine the scorch characteristics and Mooney Viscosity recorded over time of unvulcanised rubber compounds and samples of synthetic rubber or pure natural rubber according highest ISO and ASTM standards.
Rubber Capillary Rheometer
The Rubber-Capillary-Rheometer RCR is an innovative Capillary Rheometer to determine the flow behavior of rubber compounds under processing conditions. The RCR is optimized for the shortest possible measuring time and easy operation to provide very fast results especially in QC applications.

Stress Relaxation Test system for continuous measurement in either compression or tension. Meets the requirements in ISO 3384, ISO 6914 and ASTM D6147.
Elastocon Automatic Relaxation and Creep Tester EB 18-II-3 an instrument for carrying out tests automatically for stress relaxation tests and creep tests. It features easy change between the two test methods as stress relaxation test and creep test uses the same accessories.
The EB 24 Film Creep Tester is based on our ageing oven EB 10-II with a digital ruler system including a line laser pointer for manually measuring the creep.
