The LZT-Meter from LINSEIS is the world’s first commercial instrument to measure the Figure of Merit in one single measuring instrument (LSR and LFA). This instrument measures a combination of thermal conductivity, Seebeck coefficient and electric resistivity. Different types of furnaces are available for this instrument, including the latest infrared furnace that is able to provide the most accurate temperature control.
