  • Dual Coating Modes & Substrate Versatility: The system supports both roll-to-roll and sheet-to-sheet coating modes. This flexibility is complemented by an interchangeable, microporous vacuum substrate holder, which can be tailored to your needs and is designed for both rigid and flexible substrates.
  • Precision and Efficiency: Achieve uniform dry film thicknesses from nanometers to microns, with a fine coating width from 0.1 mm to 50 mm. An integrated, software-controlled pump allows for precise wet film thickness, while a self-cleaning slot-die head system reduces maintenance and material waste. The system is compatible with fluids up to 20,000 cPs.
  • Automated & Accessible Control: All coating processes are automated via an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI). You can store your coating protocols locally and access the system remotely from a PC or tablet without needing local software installation.
  • Designed for Your Environment: The compact design ensures seamless fume hood and glove box integration, making it ideal for sensitive materials and controlled environments.
