TMA 402 F1/F3 HYPERION


The TMA 402 Hyperion has a very accurate displacement transducer (LVDT) to allow measurement of even the smallest of length changes, including into nanometer range with a digital resolution of 0.125 nm) The force operating on the sample is generated electromagnetically thus guarantees a quick response time for experiments with various changing load. The entire system is also thermally stabilized via water cooling which ensures the measurement will not be influenced by heat from the furnace or temperature fluctuations in the local environment.
